The AdBlock360 Manager is a small control icon the Windows app injects directly onto the web pages you visit. It lets you control ad blocking on the current site without opening the app. This article covers the in-page menu and the Settings → AdBlock360 Manager controls.
For the bigger picture of how the Manager relates to the Chrome Browser Assistant, see Browser Extension & Windows App — How They Work Together.
The in-page icon
Once enabled, the Manager icon appears at the edge of the pages you visit, in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Opera.
If you prefer a more discreet control, you can shrink it to a small dot (Dot Mode):
The menu
Click the icon to open the menu. It shows:
- A "Block ads on this website" toggle — turn it off to allow ads on the current site (the page reloads).
- A "Total ads blocked" counter.
- "FAQs" and "Settings" links.
Reporting ads
If you still see ads on a page, use the report option in the menu. On success you'll see "Ad Reported Successfully! We're working on it". After reporting, the option is temporarily disabled for 24 hours on that domain. If something goes wrong, you'll see "There were some issues with this option. Please restart the application and your browser."
Icon behaviour controls
From the icon's Settings you can adjust how the icon behaves:
- Reset Position — move the icon back to its default position.
- Lock position — keep the icon fixed where it is.
- Reduce Icon Size (Dot Mode) — "Reduces the icon to a small dot when idle. It expands on hover and can be turned off anytime in the app settings."
- Don't show icon on this domain — hide the icon on the current site (mirrored by the "Domains Where Icon Is Hidden" list in app settings).
- Disable Icon on All Websites — "Hides the icon on all websites until reactivated. You can turn it back on anytime in the app settings."
First-time tour
The first time you encounter the in-page Manager, it runs a short 4-step tour. You can skip it. The steps are:
- Welcome to AdBlock360 Manager — "This icon helps you manage ad blocking directly on the website. You can disable ad blocking, report ads, and customize the icon behavior."
- Enable or disable ad blocking — "Use this switch to control ad blocking on the current website."
- Report ads on this page — "If you still see ads, click this button to report them… Once used, the option will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours on this domain."
- Customize your experience — "You can lock the icon, reset its position, hide it on certain sites, or switch to dot or classic mode. If the icon was disabled, you can reactivate it anytime in the AdBlock360 manager settings."
Settings → AdBlock360 Manager
In the app, open Settings → AdBlock360 Manager to manage the Manager globally:
- Enable AdBlock360 Manager — the master toggle for the in-page icon. (This mirrors the in-page "Don't show icon on this domain" / "Disable Icon on All Websites" controls.)
- Domains Where Icon Is Hidden — a list where you can add or remove domains on which the icon should stay hidden. On those domains the icon won't appear, but ad blocking itself still works.
When the icon doesn't appear
The Manager icon won't show up if:
- You're in a browser other than Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Opera (even other Chromium browsers like Brave or Vivaldi).
- AdBlocking is off (the Home tab toggle).
- You're on an HTTPS page and HTTPS Filtering is off (Settings → Advanced).
- The domain is hidden via the controls above, or excluded by a system or custom filter rule.
