What is the App Identifier (AppID)?
Note: Your App Identifier (AppID) is a completely anonymous number. It does not contain any personal information about you or your browsing history.
Think of the App Identifier as a unique serial number for your specific installation of AdBlock360. It allows our engineers to look up technical error logs associated with your software version and configuration. This helps us identify bugs without needing to ask you complex technical questions.
Step-by-Step: Locating your App Identifier (AppID)
Please follow these steps to find your unique App Identifier within the Windows application of AdBlock360:
Step #1: Open AdBlock360: Launch the application on your Windows PC.
Step #2: Go to Settings
Click on the Settings Menu Button next to the Gear icon (⚙️). Located in the top-right corner of the window.
Step #3: Go to About
Click on the About Menu Button. Located in the left sidebar.
Step #4: Find your App Identifier
You should see a string of numbers/letters labeled App Identifier.
Just highlight the number with your mouse, and copy it (Ctrl + C). Now you can paste the App Identifier in your Email to the support with (Ctrl + V)
