How to Request a Refund
You have two options — pick whichever is easier for you:
By email (fastest):
Send a short message to billing@adblock360.com including your email address and order details (see below).
Through the support portal:
- Open the Billing & Payments request form directly: support.adblock360.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=36046714797074.
- Fill in the form with the required information (see below) and submit.
Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
What Information to Include
To process your refund request without delays, please provide the following in your ticket:
- Order number — found in your purchase confirmation email or in the Billing history section of Subscription & Billings in your account portal.
- Registered email address — the email used when you purchased the subscription.
- Reason for the refund request — a brief explanation helps us process your request faster.
Expected Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
