30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your initial purchase date. This guarantee applies to your first purchase of a Premium subscription.
How to Request a Refund
Contact billing@adblock360.com or submit a request through support.adblock360.com. Please include your email address and order details so we can match your purchase.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Actual processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Effect of a Refund
Once your refund is approved:
- Your Premium access ends immediately.
- Your license key is deactivated.
- Your account (if any) is downgraded to Basic — standard ad and tracker blocking still works.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Renewal payments. We send a renewal reminder 30 days before each renewal — use that time to cancel if you do not want to renew.
- Requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase.
- Purchases that have already been refunded.
We may also refuse or limit refunds if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, a chargeback, repeated refund abuse, or a severe violation that resulted in account suspension.
Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, this refund policy is in addition to any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds the 14-day EU withdrawal period.
