This article explains what happens when you delete your AdBlock360 account and how to request deletion.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account and all associated personal data will be deleted.
- Your subscription or license will be terminated and will no longer be usable.
- Your data enters a 30-day soft-delete window, after which it is permanently purged and cannot be restored.
- Account deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund. If you have questions about refunds, please review our refund policy or contact support before deleting your account.
Before you can delete: cancel any active subscription
If you have an active subscription, deletion is blocked with the warning "You cannot delete your account while a subscription is active. To proceed, please cancel your subscription first" and a Cancel subscription button that takes you straight to the cancellation flow — see Cancelling Your Subscription. A subscription you've already cancelled but that is still inside its paid period does not block deletion — you can delete the account right away.
For details on how we handle data after deletion, see our Privacy Policy.
How to delete your account
Account deletion is a self-service action in your account portal.
- Sign in at account.adblock360.com/login.
- Open the Settings item in the sidebar.
- Click Delete account (shown in a red / destructive style).
- Confirm in the dialog: - Title: Delete account - Body: "If the account is deleted, all information will be lost, without the possibility of recovery. Are you sure you want to delete your account?" - Click Delete to confirm, or Cancel to back out.
- You are signed out immediately. All your devices are unlinked from your licenses and moved to the Basic plan within the same transaction; they discover the change on their next sync.
After deletion your data enters a 30-day soft-delete window, then is permanently purged. We retain anonymised transaction records for 7 years for tax and legal compliance (GDPR).
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need access to your license or account data before you confirm.
