You can cancel your AdBlock360 subscription at any time through your account portal — no phone call required.
We send a renewal reminder 30 days before each renewal. You can cancel any time from your portal — cancelling before the renewal date stops the next charge.
How to Cancel
- Sign in at account.adblock360.com/login.
- Open Subscription & Billings in the sidebar.
- On the Current subscription card, open the actions dropdown and choose Cancel auto-renewal.
- The Cancel Premium Plan? dialog appears. It tells you the date until which your Premium features stay active and asks you to confirm. Click Cancel subscription to confirm, or Back to keep your subscription.
- On success you'll see a confirmation screen — "Thank you for using AdBlock360 Premium … Subscription successfully canceled. You can resubscribe at any time to regain Premium access." Click Continue to return to your account.
What Happens After You Cancel
- Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not lose protection immediately.
- Auto-renewal is turned off. You will not be charged again after your subscription ends.
- No automatic refund is issued upon cancellation. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please see Requesting a Refund.
How to Confirm Your Cancellation Was Successful
After cancelling, you should receive a confirmation email at your registered email address. You can also verify the status in your account portal:
- Sign in at account.adblock360.com/login.
- Open Subscription & Billings.
- The Current subscription card shows the status. When cancelled but still within the paid period, it shows the tooltip "Subscription canceled: Premium access remains active until the end of your current billing period".
If you did not receive a confirmation email and the portal still shows an active subscription, contact our support team.
Changed Your Mind?
While your paid period is still running, you can resume auto-renewal from the Current subscription card by clicking Renew plan.
