This article explains how to reset your AdBlock360 account password if you have forgotten it or can no longer sign in.
How to start a password reset
- Go to the AdBlock360 sign-in page at account.adblock360.com/login.
- Click Forgot password? below the password field.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Continue.
Setting your new password
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from AdBlock360. The reset link expires after 60 minutes, so use it promptly.
- Click the reset link in the email.
- Enter your new password and confirm it. It must be 8 to 64 characters — see the Password requirements section below for details.
- Click Apply.
You can now sign in with your new password.
Password requirements
Choose a password between 8 and 64 characters. There are no mandatory character types — for best security, use a long passphrase or a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. The strength indicator will guide you. Avoid reusing a password from another service.
Reset email didn't arrive?
If the email doesn't arrive right away, the "Check your email" screen lets you request a new one once the countdown finishes — click Resend.
- Check your spam or junk folder. Reset emails occasionally land there.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address. The address must match the one used to register your account.
- Wait a few minutes and check again — delivery can sometimes take a moment.
- If you still have not received the email, contact our support team and include the email address you registered with.
