If your AdBlock360 payment did not go through, do not worry — your subscription is not cancelled immediately and you have time to resolve the issue.
Common Reasons a Payment Fails
- Expired card: Your credit or debit card has passed its expiry date.
- Insufficient funds: Your account did not have enough balance at the time of the charge.
- Bank or card block: Your bank declined the transaction, often as a fraud prevention measure.
- Outdated billing information: The card number, expiry date, or billing address on file no longer matches your bank's records.
- PayPal issue: Your PayPal account balance was insufficient or the account requires attention.
Steps to Resolve a Failed Payment
Step 1 — Update your payment method
- Sign in at account.adblock360.com/login.
- Open Subscription & Billings in the sidebar.
- While a payment has failed, the Current subscription card is in the grace-period state and shows an Update payment button — click it and enter new card details (or switch payment method).
- Save your changes.

Step 2 — Let the retry run
You don't need to trigger the charge manually — once you've updated your payment method, the next automated retry uses the new details. If it succeeds, your subscription returns to its active state.
Step 3 — Check with your bank
If the payment fails again after updating your details, contact your bank or card issuer to make sure there are no blocks on international or recurring transactions.
What Happens If the Payment Keeps Failing
You have a 7-day grace period after a failed payment. During those 7 days your Premium features keep working while we retry the charge. If the payment still can't be collected by the end of the grace period, your plan is downgraded to Basic:
- Standard ad and tracker blocking keeps working.
- Only the Premium features (YouTube Sponsor Skip and App Ad Blocking) are turned off until a payment succeeds.
You will receive email notifications during the grace period. Update your payment method promptly to keep Premium without interruption.
